In addition to CEO responsibilities, Sonny Menon is in charge of R&D and supplier relationships for the company. iGlo has four divisions which include industrial (DuraGLO), commercial, distribution, and residential. The four iGlo divisions are led by LEED certified project managers which include Ritu Kher, Russ Clay, and Sonal Patel. Lisa Wen is responsible for Quality Control and is based in China, and Amit Mathur coordinates all business functions and distributor relationships from headquarters.
